CORE & RESTORE

Abs and stretching

DEEP STRETCH

An exercise recovery program whose purpose is to decrease risk of injury while increasing the speed of expected results.

DEEP STRETCH & YOGA

A rotating combination of Yoga and deep stretching

FOAM ROLLER STRETCH

Pre or Post workout. Foam rolling will aid in improved circulation and therapeutic muscle recovery. Bring mat and foam roller to class. See staff for density and size recommendations for your foam roller.  

PILATES

a system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture, and enhance mental awareness.

CARDIO

CLASSIC CARDIO/RETRO CARDIO (ACTIVE AGERS LOW IMPACT)

Low impact, choreographed, aerobic workout. Designed with simple dance movements set to energetic and motivating music from all genres.

Dance Fitness/Shine Dance Fitness

Whole body, choreographed, aerobic workout. This format combines multiple genres of music, dance styles, balance, strength  and coordination. High impact moves can be modified to low impact.

Dance Fushion

Choreographed Dance to multiple genres of music with body weight strength training built into the routines

DANCE PARTY (LOW IMPACT)

Choreographed, aerobic workout

IGNITE

High Intensity Cardio workout with a longer stretch and cool down built into the end of class. Built to challenge the body in a shorter period of time.

S.E.A.T. (ACTIVE AGERS)

Supported Exercise for Ageless Training. Choreographed seated exercises to energetic music.

TABATA

Interval training where a high intensity exercise is performed for a short time period of time (ex: 20 seconds), with a brief rest period (ex: 10 seconds). 

ZUMBA

Choreographed dance routines set to mostly Latin American music. Dance moves include, but are not limited to, hip-hop, salsa, merengue, mambo, samba and soca.

STRENGTH

AGING FIT

Functional training to improve strength and balance in the active ager. Recommended for our aging and our ageless.

AMRAP TOTAL BODY

“As Many Rounds as Possible!” This strength & cardio combo format utilizes work- cycles of 5-7 min.

THE BIG 4

 A quick 30 min. Strength Training class hitting the big 4 muscle groups. (Quads, Hamstrings, Pecs & Lats)

BODY SCULPT

Strength training routines that use dumbbells, resistance bands, body weight and floor work.

CHICK BOX

30 min. Kick boxing class.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING & BALANCE

Strength training that readies the body for daily activities. Helpful for injury prevention, everyday fitness tasks, and athletic performance. This class also has the element of Balance. Balance in this format is defined as having control of the body’s movements and coordination to move two or more body parts smoothly and efficiently.

GET FIT (ACTIVE AGERS LOW IMPACT)

A low impact cardio and strength training class for active agers taught standing and seated. 

PUMP

Barbell Strength Training class that targets all muscle groups through light to medium reps. Tones muscles and builds strength. For all Levels of fitness. 

SETS & REPS

Traditional Strength Training without Cardio.

STRENGTH & GRACE (ACTIVE AGERS)

Gentle strength training with balance and stretching.

AQUA

AQUA BURN

Steady State cardio workout.

AQUA FITNESS

Cardio and/or strength training in the pool. May include the use of water buoys, noodles, frisbees, kettlebells, ect.

AQUA INTERVALS

 Timed movements with a short rest between.

AQUA SKILLS & DRILLS

Similar to the Aqua Fitness class, this class also incorporates sports like drills into the workout.

AQUA REVOLUTION

Improve strength and flexibility using resistance from the water

AQUA TRIFECTA

Aqua fitness class that is broken into three equal parts: Cardio, Strength & Core.

H20 BLAST

Cardio workout with added strength training to fun energetic music.

SUSPENSION/CORE

Working out without allowing the feet to touch the bottom of the pool.
